Meet our Leadership Team

Bill Steinike Chief Executive Officer

Bill serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Ezurio (formerly Laird Connectivity) having previously held the position of VP of Strategic Business Development. Bill joined the company as part of the LSR acquisition in 2015 . Prior to the acquisition, Bill served as the president and board member for LSR since 2002, which included the wireless module business and the engineering design and EMC testing services. Bill earned a bachelor’s degree from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.

Dan Fehrenbach Chief Financial Officer

Dan joined Ezurio in 2024 and has extensive experience leading the Finance function as CFO for private equity portfolio companies, partnering with leadership to drive growth and navigate successful investor transitions. Most recently he was CFO at Collision Right, LLC and prior to that Dan was at Dimex. In his past roles Dan has also been responsible for a variety of corporate administrative functions such as IT, Legal and Human Resources. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, Dan graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Accounting from Wright State University and also holds an M.B.A. from Purdue University.

Jen Sarto Chief Revenue Officer

Jen Sarto is the Chief Revenue Officer at Ezurio. Previously Jen served as VP of Sales for the organisation, and Director of Sales in North America for Ezurio's Modules Business. Jen joined Ezurio as part of the LSR acquisition in 2015, where she held multiple sales leadership roles including VP of Sales. Prior to joining LSR in 2007, Jen worked as a field sales engineer for a manufacturer’s representative company. Jen holds a B.E. from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Jonathan Kaye Vice President of Product Management & Marketing

Jonathan is the VP of Product Management & Marketing having previously served as Senior Director, Product Management at Ezurio for 10 years. Jonathan joined Laird Connectivity as part of the EZURiO acquisition in 2008 and has extensive experience in Bluetooth, Bluetooth Low Energy (LE), LoRaWAN, cellular IoT, proprietary RF, and 802.11 wireless solutions and ecosystems. Jonathan holds a BA from Liverpool John Moores University.

Pejman Kalkhoran Vice President of Strategic Business Development

Pejman is the VP of Strategic Business Development for Ezurio focused on growing the SOM and SBC business. Pejman joined the company as part of the Boundary Devices acquisition in 2022. Prior to the acquisition, Pejman served as the CEO of Boundary Devices since 2012 and helped expand the business significantly. Pejman holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from UCLA.

Kurt Furlong Vice President of Engineering

Kurt Furlong has been with Ezurio since 2012, and serves as VP of Engineering. Previously, he held the position of Director of Engineering in the Design Services division and a variety of other hardware, software, and project leadership positions to bring IoT systems and solutions to market. Kurt joined Ezurio as part of the LSR acquisition in 2015 and has also worked for Rockwell Automation and Industrial Design Services. Kurt has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.

Jason Stoddard Vice President of Global Operations

Jason joined Ezurio in 2024 and has an extensive background as a senior level strategic operational leader including management of international locations. In Jason’s prior role he was Vice President of Global Operations for CTS Corporation. Prior to CTS, Jason was employed at Laird in the Connected Vehicle Solutions Business Unit, which was purchased by Molex. Jason’s roles included Global Director of Automated Equipment and Validation Engineering, Director of M&A and Integration Management and was on an international assignment with Molex where he was Director of Strategy - Global Operations for three years. Jason holds a BS in Computer Science and a AS in Computer Science and Mathematics, and he is located in Michigan.

David England Vice President of Information Technology

David joined Ezurio in 2016 as the Director of Cybersecurity. He assumed the role of Sr. Director of IT in January 2020 and now serves as VP of Information Technology. Prior to joining Ezurio, David led an IT architecture team at Monsanto, was an enterprise consultant at Microsoft, and was the Director of Application Architecture and Information Security and Disaster Recovery at Anheuser-Busch InBev.

Anna Burtch Vice President of Human Resources

Anna is responsible for all aspects of human resources, people management, and culture creation in her role as VP of Human Resources. Anna previously held the position of Global HR Director and managed regional human resources and a variety of generalist roles within Ezurio. Since joining Ezurio in 1999, she has been instrumental in integrating human resources initiatives into the strategic goals of the organization. Before Ezurio, Anna worked for Tetra Pak and Trustmark Insurance. Anna holds a BA in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Wisconsin– Madison.
