Overview
Our new CarbonAM67 OSM-M family is powered by Texas Instrument’s AM67x processor family, TI’s TPS65224 PMIC, our Sona TI351 (TI's CC3351) Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth wireless modules, LPDDR4 RAM, and eMMC storage. The CarbonAM67 is designed to meet the needs of the most demanding commercial, industrial, and medical HMI products. Our in-house USA based assembly allows for you to choose the RAM, eMMC storage, and Sona TI351 Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth connectivity that is most optimized for your product. All CarbonAM67 modules come with our industry leading software and integration support.
- Powerful Heterogenous Multiprocessing: Four 1.4GHz Cortex-A53 cores, an 800 MHz Cortex-R5F applications MCU core, an 800 MHz Cortex-R5F device management core, and an 800 MHz Cortex-R5F run-time management core. Run Linux and multiple RTOSes simultaneously on dedicated cores.
- High Performance Graphics and Display: Up to three independent displays with resolutions up to 3840 x 1080, tablet class up to 50 GFLOPs GPU, and hardware accelerated video decode up to 4K60.
- Advanced Vision Pipeline: Support multiple camera via quad MIPI-CSI with virtual channels, onboard vision processing accelerators (VPAC), image signal processor (600 MP/s), and video encode up to 4K60
- Deep Learning AI & DSP Accelerators: Two Deep Learning Accelerators supporting operations up to 40 GFLOPs and 2 TOPS each. Total 4 TOPS using both accelerators.
- Sona TI351 Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth Low Energy 5.4: Optional wireless based on TI's CC3351
- High Speed Interfaces: PCI-Express Gen 3(8.0 Gbps), USB 3.1 Gen1 (5Gbps), USB 2.0 (480 Mbps), and dual Gigabit Ethernet (1 Gbps).
- OSM-MF v1.2 Standard Form Factor: 45mm x 30mm OSM-MF solder down form factor ensures one carrier support multiple processor, memory, and wireless arrangements.
