Is there conformal coatings on 60 series radio? Are there any mitigation processes used to mitigate tin wiskers? 

Conformal coatings is not recommend for ST60 and no special mitigation is needed for tin wisker. The PCB process we have on the ST60-SIPT is ENIG that can mitigation for tin wisker.
