Is it OK to apply voltage on the SIO_20/21 (the PINS of the A/D) before the BT900 module is turned on?

Answer

We do not typically recommend applying power to pins prior to powering the module. The reason being all pins should be disconnected when un-powered to prevent back-feeding voltage over the particular pin and partially powering the module.
