What is the lowest value that can be set for MIN_CONN_INTERVAL?

The connection interval for the BL600 and BT900 can be anything between 7.5ms and 4000ms (smart phones generally don?t give you anything less than about 40 ms). If the other end is not a phone, say our BT900, then you can try much lower intervals.
