When certification testing for SRRC (China, CN) is it necessary to be able to set the Tx power of the carrier wave signal (CW, required for CN testing) at various levels?

SRRC certification does not require variable Tx power.

The Tx power applied by the regulatory tool LRU is the same max. output power that is allowed for the country/band/frequency when the correct region is set in the tool.
