- Location Permission: Ensure the app has location permission enabled. This permission is necessary for the app to detect Bluetooth devices.
- Location Services: Verify that location services are enabled on your device. For both Android and iOS, location services must be turned on for the app to scan and find nearby devices like the BT510.
By ensuring both location permission and services are enabled, your mobile app should be able to detect the BT510.
